For nearly two decades, I guided high-growth companies—from bootstrapped startups to 8-figure ventures—through complex business challenges. But for most of my clients, profit and investor returns were the primary measures of success. These ventures weren’t interested in fair pay, creating offerings that did more than fill a market gap, or building cultures of care. Even my own company reflected the limits of a partnership that didn’t align with my vision.
